Domex shares are project-specific investment rights tied to a real development project, a real contract, and that project's appreciation and exit structure.
Structured for Investors
Domex does not guarantee returns. Investors may earn money only through payout events written into the project terms, or by reselling shares if a secondary market is available.
Built differently. From the ground up.
A side-by-side look at how Domex Equity stacks up against other fractional real estate platforms.
Domex turns one international home contract into project-specific $10 shares.
Domex operates from Texas for U.S. investors. The homes listed on Domex are outside the United States. For each property, Domex works from a real estate project contract, divides the contract value into $10 shares at formation, and releases each property's shares separately on its own property page.
Every home is its own contract, share supply, dashboard record, and exit timeline.
Shares are individual and separate per home. One home's shares cannot be used on another home. Users can only list shares they actually own, and purchased shares appear in the user's dashboard under that specific property.
Domex is most appropriate for long-term investments, but shorter-term strategies may be possible when users buy shares later in a contract or near a listed contract finish date. Property pages show the contract length and the relevant project information before shares are bought.
Each property can support exits through its own contract terms.
Peer-to-peer market
Available on the property page when supported. Users can list any quantity of shares they own, other users can buy them, sellers can see when shares are bought, and buyers may relist those shares later.
Fixed home sale date
If the home is sold on the contract's listed sale date, investor equity is realized according to that property's terms and returned through the contract process.
Domex buyback
Less common. If Domex elects to buy back shares after the contract is paid off, users may sell their shares to Domex under that property's terms.
Domex is built for investors who can hold through a property contract. Inflation, local economic growth, property value growth, and foreign exchange movement may affect outcomes, but every project remains subject to its own risks and documents.
Domex currently does not offer rent payments. Relevant contract length, legal files, property information, exit terms, and share information are listed on the property page before purchase.
U.S. investors and international property partners, not an international investor platform.
Domex operates out of San Antonio, Texas. Investor access is U.S.-based. The platform lists homes from countries other than the United States and is designed for real estate investors, developers, and sponsors who view homes as profit-focused projects and need contracts tailored to that project.
